I love this clinic!! I used to go to the one on 3rd and Comal but they would leave me in a room for hours then come and tell me everyone left to lunch. At Sandra Joy it feels like home. I have the same person draw blood and she is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She always talks me through it and it’s by time it’s done I didn’t even realize she was drawing blood! Front desk people are amazing, MA are amazing and Dr.Bilarki is amazing! I moved south so I can’t get to this location easily anymore but this clinic and the people who worked in it really made me feel like they cared and where my network during my weight loss journey in 2018.

I have Dr. Todd Thacker as my primary and Nikki Rozsypal as my attending and they are the kindest, most understanding physicians I’ve ever encountered. They are absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend this location enough.

Today I had an appointment with a nurse named Phillip Kuzmanovski and it was just to check my blood pressure and he canceled me while I was at the clinic, he said it wasn't necessary that he already had an appointment for next Monday I have to drive 30 minutes since I live outside the city. What's wrong with the lack of ethics and professionalism by not telling me before my appointment and not having to spend my time and my gasoline? I spoke with the manager of the clinic and they didn't do anything terrible service

I have been there quite a few times and every time it's nice and clean sure that's going to be a waiting period. But overall they give you good service

Questions & Answers

I have an appointment on video calls they did not explain if they were going to call me or I was going to go to a wet place to wait

Gaby López do not worry, they will communicate with you, by normal call, and then according to your circumstance or health condition, if it is serious they will give you an appointment to go to the clinic, and they will attend you, they will also only leave you at the clinics Enter you alone, wait for the call at the time they told you, they are very punctual, try to be aware of your phone ☺️ 15 minutes before, in the same way they send you reminders and remember to take your mask with you!
