Why all the neg reviews? For a doctors office these people are great, and have pretty much every type of doctor here! They are always polite and I always get seen quickly. Total thumbs up

Customer service is always great.

Tried calling the nurse line in the morning, waited for 20 minutes and gave up. I tried calling again in the afternoon, waited on hold for 30 minutes and finally gave up. @ARC, hire more nurses to answer the phone. This wait time is horrendous!

Be aware that ARC will overstate your treatment as much as they can to get more money for their service. Dr. Viernes burned a skin growth with liquid nitrogen and place a band aid and charge $226 in addition to the Dr. visit charge (insurance reduced it to $192). It was a 3 second procedure and use minimum amount of liquid nitrogen. Be aware, ask before any procedure. ARC is there for the money not to provide health services

It is better to upload on my chart than to fax.
If you are a patient of ARC you my drive up to the testing with out an appointment. They will do the test in your car. If you have never been seen at an ARC, come inside and ask for an account to be created, then you can return to your car, pull to the area where testing is done and they will test you in your car. Be sure to tell them it's for travel and turn around time needed.
Only certain clinics
Yes doctors can evaluate you for a new health issue via a phone call or video visit https://www.austinregionalclinic.com/services/telemedicine-visits
Online, ARC says starting this month, when done with 1A folks. No need to get on a list, they know who we are.
It does not have its own name it's part of Austin Regional Clinic if you're insurance does not cover Austin Regional Clinic will refer you out to a Lab that is covered.
