Does it depend on the charge or is that how it works regardless?

What do I do when i was given a bad check and put my bank account in the negative and bring charged. $ 37.00 when my bills are paid though my bank account, and now it's negative almost $2000 I'm on ss and I'm not in a position to have the money to fix this, and what can be done to the person who wrote me the check?? I have talked, begged,her to please fix this, she has blocked me from calling her and now, she has moved to tampa, please tell me what I can do to get my money from her have charges brought up against her , now I'm hearing that she has done this before to other people, and she lies and telling them that if they turn her in she would lie and say, I'll just turn you in for blah blah and she scares them to not turning her in, I am a 62 yr old lady. And IAM not scared of her or her lies and I need to someone to make her give me my money. And fix her problem àt my bank, and I hear she has a warrant out for her. Ready , please help me , I'm alone and don't know what to do TY
