I receive 5 Star service when I see my doctor Dr. Mark Sacher or his very personable and qualified P.A... They are always polite ,caring and determined to do a great job. They always ask questions, because they are concerned about my welfare. Yes. It might be hard to get a hold of them sometimes. But that just tells you ,how popular Dr Sacher is . And why is that ? Because he a great doctor ! His staff is always personable and efficient . I am thankful for such a kind , considerate doctor and staff .

When I originally called this office I was hung up on. I then called back and asked the questions I needed to ask. My husband's doctor didn't see a need to order a new MRI when he just had one a little over 2 years ago. After playing phone tag a few times, I was told that my husband's referral was not accepted with no reason as to why except that it wasn't because of the MRI being too old. The never asked for medical records or maybe they wouldn't have denied the referral.. cancer of the tongue and tonsils, jaw replacement surgery which included taking a bone out of his leg, arthritis in his back and knees, and more problems. Cancer in remission btw. My point was they didn't bother to get his medical records to se if he needed an appointment. They just denied the referral. And its been over a month trying to get all of this figured out
