You should prob start the process online and scan in the documents and generate an appt. # that you will take to the DMV. If you do that you will save yourself a lot of time when you eventually go in with the documents you scanned in. The line for people who have an appt # is usually shorter than the walk in line, you can usually get in and out in about 3.5hrs. Also try to get there before 1.30, they tend to cut off the line and turn u back around that time.
