As far as I know all test except the behind the wheel are being done but you MUST complete everything online to get an appointment. If you do not get an appointment then they most likely won't take you as a walk-in
As far as I know from their website, they are not taking any new appointments for the time being. Depending on what you need, you can go there and ask them personally on what you can do for a permanent test.
