I've visited this Best Buy several times, and we've made many purchases here. Today we went in to upgrade our desktop. This was the best experience. Eddie was supportive, professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Helped us make informed decision on the computer we needed for our home office.

I have bought most of my major appliances from Best Buy. I needed a fridge delivered so I thought I would again have no issues. 4 scheduled deliveries later my fridge is still not installed. The reason being is that the truck they brought they claimed was too big and they could not find parking. I see plenty of delivery trucks bigger than the one they sent and they had no problems. One time is understandable, but when you bring a large truck 2 other times, that is plain idiocy. I had to take off of work or inconvenience family and friends to wait for a 6 hour delivery window. So not only did they not deliver, they did not even have the decency to call me to say they were not able to deliver. I had to call each time after 6 pm to reschedule. Needless to say, I will think twice when buying another appliance from Best Buy!

Upon entry into Best Buy, you are required to proceed to a customer service staging area with a mask on. The staging area is a equipped with a plastic partition to protect the workers and customers from accidental transmission. If (and I do mean if) your desired toy or good is in stock, then you will be pointed in the direction of the store where you can go shopping. If not in stock your day at Best Buy ends there. The answer is NO. As a former Marine I ask everywhere....just to see who supports us. Best buy does not. Not online, not in store. Your best bet is aafes online... unless you need it now. The prices at best buy are usually reasonable though.
You need a charger that recharges rechargeable batteries. You can get that at best buy
