They had the cord there the guy told me it's a universal cord good for most Samsung tv's..and it works :)
The staff should be able to find a compatible cord in stock or on the BBY web site. Amazon lists a number of compatible cords as well. Just need to match the model number of the TV.
Yes thay can order one for it so you do need the model number on the back of the tv.
Yes you will need the model number, but I would call the store to see if they have in stock first,if not online you will be able to order it.
