Highland is the sickest downhill mountain biking mountain, period. On the lift now, 10 min up, however fast you can make it down! Gotta go! Time to ride! Seriously-nothing can touch Highland. That’s all they do here, DHMTB. They are the GOAT!!!

This place is incredible, the staff is super kind and really knowledgeable. The trails are great and well maintained, only minor inconvenience is the dirt road to get in. It’s a bit rough on my low clearance hatchback. I went here for the first time with my trail bike I recently got. I am no beginner to mtbing, but am to downhill , so I took it slow on the Freedom Trail. SUPER FUN!!! 4 rides in I took a turn on The Lynx. All I can say is wow, I love the big flowy berms but unfortunately I took a berm too fast, ate dirt and sprained my wrist. Lucky I didn’t break anything, but I won’t be riding 2 weeks minimum :( Id highly recommend taking a lesson, taking it slow, and knowing your limits. I failed in following these pretty obvious rules. Oh and wear all the protective gear possible!!! With all that being said, this place is AWESOME and I will be returning.

Wow! What an incredible experience. It was raining this weekend which made for an almost exclusive park experience. Every employee we encountered was helpful and direct. The Find Your Ride package is highly recommended as they explain …

Recently discovered this place. Makes me feel alive again. Attached pics of my cousin before and after his first visit. All in all great time. I wish they had a 2nd lift. The line can get long and takes 20 to 30 mins or sometimes more to get to the top of the mountain.

Full suspension should work fine. Just take it easy and progress incrementally. Do be careful with cheap suspension. Sometimes no suspension can be better than low cost suspension. E.g bad rebound can throw you over the bars.
On Wednesday and Thursday evenings you can ride up one of the green trails and ride down for $10.
I recommend a full suspension, but more than one of my buddies have railed it on XC hard tails.
I had an Enduro, not full downhill, full suspension, disc brake, non-adjustable seat height. Scott was the manufacturer.
Yes. I rented an Enduro style Scott, not sure of the model. Very nice bike.
They do you just can't bring them on the trails.
They sell their previous years rental bikes but otherwise do not have bikes for sale. Selection is very limited. Last I looked all they had were kids bikes.
Right now you go into the lodge and sign in electronically on a pad before you get your wristband for the day.i got a season pass so only had to sign the waiver once. You need a mask in the lodge , but not on the trails. Main building is closed but you can order food with your phone and eat outside. Bike shop is open as well, theyve expanded a little since last year and built more!
Their website shows that they're open but you cannot purchase tickets online. The website shows to buy the tickets at the mountain I'm not sure if they sell only a certain amount of tickets a day I would call them.
I would recommend staying in the bar and drinking .
I was talking about what time are you open today thank you
Hi Adam! I stayed at Silver Lake Campground when visting Highland in June. It was very nice there, especially swimming in the lake and grilling over the campfire... The tent spots are limited though. The camp ground is mainly seasonal sites.
12 bucks will get you a helmet and knee pads. For 5 more you can get some 5-10s as well
They also have a package that gets you a bike, hemet, pads, lesson, ect for $90 i belive
