Fist time we used this facility, I have know the owner for a few years so when my wife and I had the opportunity for a vacation we knew where we could trust to leave our Lab/Shep mix for a week. We let Mike know that Lacey had some dog anxiety and he gave me plenty of updates, especially satisfying was that our dog was able to make friends. She had a great time for 7 days, she was obviously tired of all her play time. Won't hesitate to use Birch Hill again!

The kennel is doing so well, they feel they can ignore inquiries regarding our dogs staying there. No one is entitled to dismissing an inquiry about their kennel. The courtesy of a response should be standard practice of any reputable business. Integrity is everything.

Extremely disappointed! Their website advertises great options for shedding breeds such as German Shepard’s and Golden Retrievers but they refused to groom my 90lb Newfoundland due to size. My grandparents Shepard is 110lbs and would be accepted? This seems like a double standard.
