Not sure if it's because of the staffing shortages, but I have seen a lot of bad apples lately. Mostly the bad apples only do petty crime such as cutting people off, illegally parking just to grab food, and lack of turn signal etiquette, but any peasant living here would easily get cited for such crimes. The city is also becoming more dangerous. Keep in mind that the city was ransacked twice within the past three years by peaceful protestors using violent force to take merchandise. Very few people were arrested and I have heard countless stories of people having no luck with PD when they are victims of any crime.

I just want to say thanks for nothing I did call WCPD on 5/10/22 at 4:20 am to report my drunk neighbors upstairs they were making noise jumping all over the apartment I have 4 kids two of them need to go to school , the other two are 2 years old I wake up at 5 to go work we can't SLEEP because of the noise . AN OFFICER CALLED ME (He didn't gave me his name) TO ASK ME WHATS GOING ON I EXPLAINED TO HIM EVERYTHING AND HIS ANSWER WAS YOU DON'T HAVE TO CALL THE POLICE FOR THIS SITUATION YOU NEED TO GO AND TALK TO YOUR NEIGHBORS . WOW WOW THANK YOU FOR YOU ASSISTANT VERY HELPFUL or Maybe because my last name is not JHOSON OR SMITH

Officer wrote a citation for my parked vehicle for not having license plates. Failed to notice the vehicle was just purchased and the paperwork was taped to the windshield. Now I'm stuck trying to dispute the citation and my dispute keeps getting denied. I should not have to pay for her inability to look at the window.
