Above all, this boutique gym has a sense of community. Our family of six has been members for about five years - and there are classes for each of us - offered throughout the day - starting at 5:45 AM. The exercise equipment is also plentiful and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. The locker rooms were re-done during Covid - and are modern and clean. Clean towels, free coffee (if you ask) and lemon water - all day long. They have thought of everything.

I've been a member for over ten years. Forma gym is a great place. The pool is wonderful and I also enjoy taking classes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is well kept up. The instructors do a great job, especially at modifying activities to offer more challenge or support as needed. I've been very impressed at how the gym has carried on through the pandemic, adjusting as we all move through the unknown, and keeping up a positive attitude! It helped me with both my physical health and mental health during challenging times.

Awesome gym with an amazing outdoor, turf floored and tented weightlifting area. This outdoor weightlifting area is worth the price of admission alone - enjoy beautiful California weather, get fresh air, and pump some iron. Equipment was clean and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend Forma Gym!
