Doctor Mamdouh Hanna had a 10 minute telehealth discussion with me involving a questionnaire where he somehow was able to diagnose me with a personality disorder that he said I needed a specialist for and could not help me. I didn't expect to receive a bill but come to find out my insurance was billed over 1000 dollars.. My insurance brought it down by nearly half but still... that seems excessive for something that was of no help to me.. I have Aetna insurance and I have to say they're one of the worst as well.. they did however help me get in contact with Comprehensive Pysch Services since they never returned my call about this bill. CPS ended up adjusting my out of pocket costs by half again even still that is too much... I don't recommended using either one of these services, these doctors are crooks.

The worst experience, by far, that I’ve ever had with a doctor in terms of billing. I saw Dr Nemes via Tele Health one time for a minor issue I was going through. It was followed by a series of bogus “missed appointment” fees when I decided I did not want to see the doctor again. I had properly cancelled my appointment by leaving a message on their voicemail (can never reach a human), and despite my exhaustive efforts to explain this, they sent the bill to collections. I ended up having to pay the fees in order to protect my credit. Stay far far away from this place. Find a doctor that puts your health and well being first and doesn’t engage in this type of billing.

Dr. Zuberi is great, he has help my ADHD son move forward and has helped us move forward as a family with a learning disability child. His support staff is not so great - they have failed to forward needed rescheduled appointments and have ignored calls about insurance claims (I called the insurance company, they have never received a claim but we are being billed even after confirming the new insurance at the office). They still claim we owed over $1500.00 but wont return my calls to say why so we can resolve it. This has happened several times.

The absolute worst service I have ever experience. On vacation and my girlfriend left her pills at home. We called to have them send over a request to fill a prescription for only a few days to get us through the vacation until we get home. It had been 2 years since she’d been in the office to see a doctor in person, and they refused to fill a prescription for just a handful of days. Experiencing withdraw symptoms and them completely aware of the situation they told us to visit an urgent care. For years she’s been a patient with this office, and I am absolutely shocked at the lack of help we’ve received. She has no pills... we’re out of town... and no help. Unmacceptable and extremely dangerous.
