Be there @ 5am. I got there @5 twice for my purposes and twice got #5 in line.
Try entering entering your information on line and uploading your proof of identity docs. That should get you a place in the blue line. Be there by 6:30am
Get in line abour 5:30.am Bring all paperwork, present license. Wotkers open the doors around 7:15 am. If you get there by 7, you'll probably be told to return at 2.pm.
