There are areas that are accessible. However, as stated above, many areas would be inaccessible due to lack of ramps, etc. I would say that standard wheelchair may have more difficulty as some of the outside areas are grassy.
Somewhat but not entirely. The grounds themselves are accessible if you enter through the gate. But there are some areas that require stairs...the cafeteria and some of the cell blocks. Getting into some of the buildings have small steps to enter. I didn't see many ramps.
As others stated there are only some areas you will be able to see, one of the cautions they list is uneven surfaces. I would say it's still worth the price if you can get in the museum.
