Not a place I would stay in again that whole area is getting bad plus the beds are horrible

Staying here now. No issues, other than smoking. There's no smoking in the entire building! No rooms for smokers. Travelling with family, so I'll deal with it, but why couldn't they have 1 or 2 rooms that are for smokers on the top floor. It won't affect anyone else.
Did not comp any of the rooms. We had 4 for two nights. They told me the heaters were working and were very dismissive of my numerous complaints. Additionally they never let me speak to a manager directly. I even left a message and they never called. This was an issue for the 2 days I was there.
