For the price the rooms are a bit small, however the room I had was nice. The customer service was decent, but they are lacking a snack store in the lobby. Instead they only have a vending machine on the 2nd floor that didn’t want to work.

The bed was comfortable the pillows the room does have a smell but they should Atleast try too see why the tub has a creek in it when your taking a shower I didn’t see the breakfast yet but if it’s complimentary too be expected! Rooms are nice neat microwave refrigerator that’s a plus! Went too expensive hotel before no microwave or refrigerator I appreciate my stay only one night!!

My stay at this hotel was good, borderline great. My only issue was the customer service at the front desk was never at the desk. At check-in, I had to wait and he seemed like I was an inconvenience. At checkout, again I waited until I had to leave for an appointment. If they rectify that, this would be a great stay. I will go back to stay. I just hope for different people.

The front desk worker named Ryan is extremely rude, the room had ants everywhere including the bed! I brought the issue to the attention of two of the workers. There was dried snot on the bed cover and walls, two pills in the floor, dried candy under one of the night stands. I was told by Ryan that it's basically my fault the ants are everywhere because they show up where there is food and that they aren't suppose to offer to switch rooms with problems and that I should have had the bed sheets changed when they was by house keeping. I personally had to tape plastic over the holes the ants was coming out of. I have bites on my body from the ants, they was on my clothes and he also tried to remove the complaint from the computer because I called choice hotels the franchise this hotel is through and I told him not to and he said I don't tell him what to do because apparently I took care of the problem! Clearly not. My husband is staying here for work. It's sad I couldn't sleep because I had to stay up to keep them off of my husband so he could sleep and get up for work.
