I'll only be speaking for the drive thru because now that the games have been removed we no longer go inside. BUT with that being said the foods always hot 🔥 (9 out of 10 times I have to pull forward but it's never anymore than 1 minute or 2) and I'll gladly do that to ensure fresh and hot food! The employees are always pleasant and friendly and the drive thru experience is A+

Unfortunately, the saddest DQ experience. Blizzard was missing 25%. Not filled close to the top at all. Asked for a cotton candy blizzard and we got vanilla ice cream with what seemed to be fruity pebble pieces in it. So not only was the blizzard wrong it was also hardly a blizzard at all. Very expensive for poor product.

Definitely won’t be going back. This DQ is experiencing so much back lash on social media and it honestly makes me and my family afraid to even go here anymore. We shouldn’t have to worry about spoiled ice cream being served, it’s literally disgusting and can make a ton of people sick. I do not see the owner even responding to 1 star reviews since they probably know about the issue and refuse to take care of it. No offense to anyone, but there’s an issue with the way this location is managed/operated. I will be contacting the health department along with a lot of other people in grove city.

The man working at the cash register was very friendly, listened well, smiled the whole time, knew the menu and items on it well, asked if we wanted our ice cream while we were waiting on our meal. Made sure our order was right. He was also friendly to the staff preparing our order. He was very attentive, he made our experience pleasant! Wish I would have caught his name. I was Tuesday around 12~1pm. He was in his early 30s probably. If you are reading this you did a great job! Thank you! We will be back because your service was on point!
