This spot was on point! For a Thursday night they had about 7-8 employees and all were getting it done. I really only waited about 3-4 mins for our order. One girl started making the beginning of our order before we finished telling the guy what we wanted. 10 stars if I could. Next dairy queen trip will be this one

Poor customer service. Stood at counter for over 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Girl who appeared to be manager is rude and poorly managing team members.

Used to be just fine, today they forgot me completely. I sat in the designated spot for my food. 25 min later and about a dozen cars get their orders, so I had to go in and get it. Bunch of kids just standing around not paying attention. I don’t know how they never saw me just sitting there. I was really wishing I’d gone elsewhere.

This review won’t matter anyways. U guys always out the same lame response to all ur comments that are bad. Anyways. I ordered doordash last night. Was missing a whole meal. And the other meal was wrong. Called up there spoke to a “manger” and she said to come get it. Well if I wanted to do that in the first place I wouldn’t have paid someone to bring it to us. Then said well then take it up with doordash. I asked what her name was and she hung up. I called back she picked up hung up. I called from a different number and she picked up. I said what was the point of hanging up. She said I said what I said. I then said I’m calling in tomorrow to complain on u what’s ur name. She yelled I’m not telling u my name and hung up.. never will I come here again. A bunch of rude KIDS working here.
