I was trying to shop with my daughter & granddaughter(1yr old). A sales lady kept hovering, literally to the point when my granddaughters leaned back so me could slide her shoe on she put her hand on the lady’s foot & she remarked. We walked over to the womens section & my granddaughter seen the balls & started to throw it when the sales lady commented we don’t throw balls inside. She’s 1 & not going out for quarterback!!! Don’t keep balls in a shoe store. Wont be back!

Manager is rude! Cashier who was very sweet and patient was ringing me out, the manager decided that in the middle of this she would rudely interrupt and demand the cashier walk over to the door and “learn” how to lock and unlock it so new customers wouldn’t continue walking in. Cashier asked if this could wait and she said no but your customer can! The website showed the store closes at 10pm so there was a store full of confused customers when the manager and another employee were walking through saying the store was closed at 8pm. Manager literally ushered a customer out who walked in at 8.

Not sure what's going on but large boxes blocking up isles, lack of product on women's shoe section and manager verbalizing loudly $9.30/hr plus 7% commission to work there across the store. I'm not saying she's wrong for trying, but it's not what it used to be.
