They do not have a shuttle to the airport. The blue line of the CTA is what I used.

Nope, no shuttles. Uber or CTA. If CTA Train is desired take the Blue Line from O'Hare to the Red Line Transfer. From the red line take it to Grand. Get off the train and head East. You'll run right into the hotel.
They do not. Try Sterling Car Service. They are the best.
