It's not bad for a party. The kids like the pizza and playing games.
This place doesn't have a bounce house :( We had a birthday party here last year and it was very busy. It was expensive too. This location is WAY better than the one on west broad street. The west location is very trashy. I'd suggest an indoor trampoline park. I think it would better fit your needs. Groupon is a great place to look.
There's no bouncy house but there is a very small jungle gym with a slide and a large giraffe ride.
There's very little "bouncy house" type stuff. There's a tiny play structure, but this is just not the place for "active" fun, these days.
No bouncy house that I recall (was just there end of December) but it was fine. No problems with the staff or cleanliness.
It's ok, the games are good and the kids have fun when we go. The place is clean and I never felt unsafe letting the kids play there (supervised of course). Staff has never been rude that I recall, more like lazy and probably expected to work multiple areas at the same time. Just don't expect the staff to do much, and you won't be disappointed.
I took my 4 year old and 5 year old there and thought it was good! The games were all working, it was clean, and staff we're friendly. We went on a Saturday and of course was busy. Overall, I would definitely go back..
