This has to be one of the most beautiful apartments that I have ever seen. My ground floor apartment is beautiful, spacious and yet very warm and cozy with lots of storage. The office staff are very attentive and always greet you with a smile. Highly recommend The Orchard in all aspects.

I’m new to this community, but am so pleased to be here. Chelsea, Tommy and Maria have been extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Any questions or concerns that I’ve had have been answered or addressed immediately. Also any maintenance issues have been handled quickly and efficiently. The amenities are nice, especially the pool. I feel like I’m living at a resort!

The staff is great & they are pretty quick to get things taken care of. The area & community are very nice. Occasional issues w/ gym equipment but decent size (wish they had more weights ….some smaller sizes).
