Most of my review of the hotel is good….check in, breakfast, cleanliness, front desk help, all was good, but the most important part was sleeping here, where my experience wasn’t the best. I was above the outdoor patio area, and there was a loud group out there pretty late that I could hear through my window. The A/C didn’t have an option to just run the fan all night, so I had to keep turning the temp down to try and drown out the noise. Just my suggestion to request a room away from the outdoor patio, but it may be fine on your stay.

We had a great experience here. The staff handled our concerns right away. Great people to work with. Wish all hotel employees were like this. Great rooms. Unexpected room to rome and everything you need right there.

GM and managers are not well-trained in their own systems or effective customer service. I travel to this site frequently as it is approved with my employer, and the staff here manages to ruin my reservation every time. They insist on billing a partner company when I make very clear which agency I am traveling for. I made the most recent reservation with a manager, confirmed it was going to my employee, and right on par I was told there was no employer billing information on file after I drove 3 hours to check-in. Desk staff refused to call the only person that could get it corrected for quite some time, only telling me they would not honor my reservation without my personal payment. After debate, they finally decided to call her, and 30 seconds later her go-ahead had it fixed. Just a 30 second phone call, all home the GM was standing right there refusing. At least they finally contacted her - the front desk staff just locked me out of the room the last time I stayed. Very exhausting. 2 stars only for the refrigerator and the bed.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of options for breakfast, condiments were organized and very clean.
