Kandis, with Son Rise has been very helpful with our transition from one rental we've had for years to the next, that is about to be our place! She worked with us, which we really appreciate. I spoke with Jennifer with Son-rise earlier today and I greatly appreciated her time and assistance. She was kind, professional, and extremely helpful as she went above and beyond to help answer my questions. While I unfortunately will most likely not be renting from Son-rise as I was slow to get my application in. They will be the 1st property management company I'll look to rent from should I ever need a new rental in the future.

These property managers do not care for their tenants. They did not inform me of mold issues before I moved in, I reported mold issues many times after this. Mold built up in the bedroom closet and window sill, ruining some of my cloths. One of their workers told me they would have to tear down the wall and repair it because the mold was in the wall. I did not want to be put up in a hotel until they fixed it, so I moved out. They then denied I ever reported mold issues after I moved out and charged me for cleaning the mold...

I have had many interactions with this company both on a personal level and a professional level. This company is by far one of the most sued property management companies in the county. They rip off their tenants with high prices, lack of intent to fix basic living necessities that arise in units, coverup piss units by peeling back the carpet and painting under the corners instead of removing the carpets and the list goes on. They treat their vendors who do work on the units as if they are slaves. I know of one particular lady who has been there a while that might do the company a favor if she moves on.
