I would do 0 stars if I could. They have the longest lines and one person working. The line barely moved in 30 minutes. There is only one ATM inside and only one outside. The bakers are just seeing there while there is so many people waiting.

In spite of having been understaffed, they were VERY accommodating and respectful with EVERY aspect of their assistance in helping me to do what I went for! Went to this branch to deposit a check into my checking account. The teller looked at the check and told me he could not deposit the check until I told him what I was going to do with the money. That's a new one?? I explained the check was from my insurance company and was properly endorsed by myself and my mortgage holder to deposit and pay contractors for repairs on my home. I had the paperwork sent with the check if he needed to see it. He again stated he could not deposit a check that large. He again asked how long the funds would remain in my account and what they were for. The check was for $15K. I've never heard of such a thing. I stated again I needed to deposit the check which had the proper endorsements and was accompanied by the documentation supporting the process for the payment and it was from the insurance company to pay for home repairs. I was told again that the amount was too high for him to deposit. He then said he would have to get a manager. I said "yes, please do that" since we were not getting anywhere with the deposit process and this was taking quite a bit of time. He then stated I had no right to talk to him that way and he wasn't required to do anything to help me and he had a bunch of names for someone like me. I spoke with the Bank Manager who clearly didn't care how I was treated or if I bank with them. What horrible customer service. I thought I was supposed to a "Preferred Services Client". I promptly called Bank of America CS and was told there should have been no issue depositing the check and to file a formal complaint regarding the issue which is what I intend to do.

I think you may be able to get one .... because you have to go into the bank anyways to claim for a regular card and they can give you a temporary one... not 100% certain though....
I believe that this branch has altered their business hours for the time being. You may want to double check but I think they are open Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm
Yes you can if it’s a straight deposit with no cash back. Or you can use Zelle.
