Alex the Army Vet was awesome! He helped me out without making me buy anything. I was lucky to come in at a not busy time so he could take time to explain and understand my issues!

Verizon by tuttle mall- disappointing experience- what i thought was a pleasant experience turned into a failed customer service/ went in paid my dues and bills- asked to disconnect- as i i have opened a new phone line with a different company- i was told my account should be disconnected and im good to go- only to find out weeks later that my Verizon phone line is still active. how did i know? coz i got another bill! The online rep i talked to said that store locations do not have the ability to disconnect services. The store personnel should've told me that and i would have called the right people/but no- either they don't know how to do their job properly or they just like to lie to people. not sure who's lying there but one of them is - wasted my time and wasted my money. won't ever go back to Verizon again

Upgrading my phone via the My Verizon app with curbside pickup was so easy. I pulled up and they brought my new phone to my car. I was at the Verizon store for a total of 2 minutes. It took 5 minutes to activate my phone when I got home.

Five hours to cancel my wife's online order (that never shipped), get the new phone, get it connected to the wrong number (mine, not hers), get my phone reconnected, get her new phone reset and cleared of my info, and get her new phone setup on her line. THEN, they started the data transfer process (old phone to new) so she held them side by side for 20 minutes in the car, and finally, the phone was ready for use with 13% battery AND NO CHARGER, but the cable is included. Good day... I kept my cool... my wife, not so much.

Appointments put you first in line . I would do it.
When the number calls, hang up and when you do, it has the option to block the call.
I will think so most phones are not designed for that you might look into insurance for that type of accidents
