Reserved a truck for a corporate move. Stood in line for 40 minutes then given a dirty truck. Debris in the cab and rear. Asked for another, got an even dirtier truck than the first. Went back in and asked for it to at least be swept out and was told "we are too busy to do anything about it."

Never ever go to this U-Haul. Xzavier, the guy behind the counter was extremely rude. Refused to bill the card I had in my hand for additional charges. instead billed the card on file and handed me the receipt. Even though I asked him not to. Refused to give me his managers name or business card. Refused to contact him to try and fix the mistake he made. He pointed to the door and told me to leave. There on the door I found the managers first and last name. This was no where near the kind service I received from other U-Haul employees during this move.

Very unprofessional service, I came here 15 mins before closing and the 2 people that worked there, male and female, (one with a white Honda and one with a grey Lexus) literally closed the door on my face. Most likely because they didn’t want to deal with a return super late. Great customer service, highly recommended 👍🏻
