I have always received friendly professional care at this clinic. Appointments are easy to make, and they always follow up with phone calls. I use their in-house pharmacy and have never had a problem. A+

My only complaint is that when you get in line to check in is all the receptionists are on phone calls while you're doing so. Other than that from the receptionist (especially Sia) to the pharmacist (especially Mina), from the nurse at the door to the doctor's. I'm grateful to the staff & clinic for their work. I have never seen anyone mistreated, or otherwise. I've had Kaiser, blue shield, & VA but this little clinic I am very happy 😁

All of the staff members were SUPER friendly, helpful, resourceful, professional and caring. Bobbie is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! They are so wonderful that I now drive all the way from Stockton just for their services.

Can have long wait times more often than not, so I would be cautious scheduling any appointments around a work schedule. Good about Covid-19 precautions. I have had a couple experiences where there was an issue with them finding an appointment I had that day but we were always able to sort it out. There was a time I needed a particular test done and the person in the blood lab said they "didn't do that test", but a month later a provider there was able to order me that test... so that could definitely be improved on. The midwives and pediatricians I've encountered have been great - in my experience they have been really knowledgeable about things and care a lot about their patients. They also put effort into remembering my child's pronouns. Overall, pretty good experience and providers that I have encountered are caring and helpful.
