This Panera location is really unique, they have a kiosk where you can order your food self serve. It’s quick, convenient, and easy. Also the aesthetics of this location is also very pleasant. Huge bonus, this location is very clean! As much as I love Panera lately most of the locations I’ve visited around central ohio have not been very clean.

Took in my order for flatbread, turns out they ran out. I reach there and then they tell me. I ordered a soup and a bagel as replacement.Then I have to pay for the cream cheese and not the one I wanted, but the only one they had. I did pay, but it is at least courtesy to offer it instead of asking me to pay.

I ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. It was barely Chicken Salad on the bread. I asked to speak the manager. I showed him the sandwich. The manager said it's portioned out. I said I don't want it. He just walked off. Very rude. And the cashier needs more training, he did not know what he was doing.

Not a fan. Got the chicken avocado blt sandwich. The crust was extremely tough, to the point where it pulled the sandwich apart with every bite I took. Ingredients seemed fresh, but I still look at it as fast food.
