I was interested in information for an apartment and submitted an online request weeks ago and have never heard anything back at all. This is poor customer service, and probably a sign to stay away.

I. Love. Tuttles. Grove. I've lived in 9 apartments since I was 18. This one is the best one by a long shot. Pictures don't do it justice, it's such a quaint and adorable complex, a unique layout, and fairly priced. I've lived here for almost 5 months now. Maintenance is quick, even for the few minor issues we've had, nothing major. Front desk staff is always bright and bubbly (thanks again Ellen for all your help!). Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Everything is kept clean, they decorate for holidays. The apartments themselves are so nice inside. Spacious. Utilities aren't outrageous. I love it here so much. I'm hoping they will let me stay for years to come. My literal only complaint is that cars drive way too fast through the parking lots, despite the speed bumps that are well implemented throughout.

We have stayed here for 5 years it was good experience , but so many negative points once you move in , we moved in with old carpet and all slightly cleaned only and all very cheap and old construction and paint is very cheap and blinds …Ravi, We value your insight on the property as you did live here for 5 years! We were not aware of these complaints while you were a resident as all of the work orders you had entered were completed in a timely manner, with no follow up complaints. I have loved my experience living here! Both phases have a safe, small neighborhood feel. Love the diversity here, the friendly neighbors, and knowing you are safe to go for a stroll anytime of the day.
