I have had repeated problems at this store. From pizza not delivered to wrong pizza to unexplained delays and charges. I received a free pizza two days ago because of their last mistake. I called to redeem it the girl who answered didn't know why it wouldn't work and said it was above her pay grade than hung up on me when I asked for a manager. And the best part is I can't order from the pizza hut down the road because it's not there area even though it's a half mile from me.if it was possible these guys would get zero stars. I'll never use these guys again.

I give this store a less than one star. I don’t order Pizza Hut too often but I can def tell the rudeness and snobby difference ordering from sawmill vs northern lights. It’s actually been much of a difference for other restaurants in Dublin they are much nicer…. But not this Pizza Hut. So I ordered a big box deal tonight abs it gives me the option to get a topping on half. I ordered one pepperoni and banana pepper and one half pepperoni and half cheese… I got a whole pepperoni pizza. So I insisted on ordering it again while on the phones and she said it was me that I did it wrong so I said can you email me proof or I’ll come look at the ticket then she said well it’s the website so basically she lies to me until I asked for proof then blamed the website when I wanted proof. She (violet who said she was the manager) would not compensate me none. My order was 33$ I would have been happy with the 7$ credit or replace my pizza so my 14 year old who couldn’t eat meat could have had something for dinner. I will never order again from here! She said she didn’t know corporates numbers and so I will talk to the gm soon and corporate and I will dispute with my credit card company since I didn’t get what I ordered!!!! The manager at northern lights last year used to help my 20yr old son who was struggling, if he didn’t have just enough she would give him a coupon or what not, very different attitudes!!!! Pizza was not fresh breadsticks unhappy with the experience… wouldn’t have too much to satisfy a customer were hard… like customer!!!! Had to pull pepperoni’s off for him and then he had to get a couple wings which you only get like 5 from my other son when the wings were for him…

First of all, the Pizza Hut near me was closed with no explanation in the middle of the day on a Sunday so I had to go far out of my way to pick up my order. Secondly, the food was overcooked, the sauce was unevenly distributed, and the crust was tough. Fix those three things and I would be happy to recommend Pizza Hut

The night manager yelled at my fiance for ordering 20 min before closing and then proceeded to yell at all of the employees they also got our order wrong, did not add the crust flavor and cut the pizza VERY poorly!
