Red lobster is not a place that I go, so I was interested to see how things are here. I went on a Wednesday about 8:00 so things were not busy at all. Service seemed a little slow. My server was new so not really familiar with the menu. I opted for a whole lobster with a side salad and a baked potato to be dressed up. They started with some complimentary biscuits, three of them. They were yummy I ate them pretty quickly. I initially thought they would bring me more but I guess not. Everything on the salad seemed fresh and tasty so that was nice. I did not care for the taste of the baked potato so I did not eat it. The lobster was just fine.

Liked the food, my only complaint is towards the service. We had 4 different staff members serving tables literally around our booth, but nobody even bothered to look at us. When we finally started looking around for somebody to even acknowledge us, a staff member from the other side of the restaurant came over to take care of us. She is the only reason why I am giving this place 4 stars instead of 3.

A tale of 2 Red Lobsters. Polaris first, we entered to a room full of people and open seats everywhere. 20 min wait we asked to sit at the bar 1 couple sitting there. No says the bar tender I'm too busy. We had the same thing 2weeks earlier same bar tender. We left went to Sawmill much better experience better atmosphere. Think we found a new Red Lobster.

Wonderful experience tonight. Arrived at 5:30pm and seated right away. Good service. We had two different seafood platters and an order of fish n chips - all excellent.Mile, happy to hear you were well taken care of at our Dublin Red Lobster Restaurant and we'll ensure this is passed along to our team! 😋 We hope to see you again soon for more of our classic seafood meals 🦞

Questions & Answers

We went for lunch and was told that only one table of receptionist choice was available while the entire restaurant was vacant. We walked out without eating due to the worst experience. Have been going there for last 20 yrs

The pandemic has brought many unwelcome changes and challenges to what we used to view things as "the norm". It's put upon a new form of stress to everything in my opinion. All we can do is adapt, hold a higher form of understanding and appreciation to the people who are still working diligently through this and have a little extra patience towards them and the situation. We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
