This is an on leash park and it's frustrating to come here with my dog on leash and have several off leash dogs run up to her. You don't know other dogs temperament and I don't know yours. Follow the rules so we can all enjoy the park
No and occasionally the park is patrolled to enforce leash laws. Just keep your leash at hand. Only folks to get a ticket for the 6+ years I took my dogs there were professional dog walkers.
