There are picnicking families regularly. Just, please, clean up, don't leave garbage, and be respectful that it, though an idyllic park setting, is a place of rest still used today.
Yes. Im not 100% sure if you still can but when I was young me and my family would go to the cemetery and have a picnic at my grandfathers grave. So im pretty sure you can still do it.
You absolutely can! That said there are no grills or anything like that and only one table. There is however, plenty of gorgeous space to spread a picnic blanket.
