The worse customer service I have ever experienced! I am a regular customer and was treated horribly by two employees who would rather stand there and talk to one another instead of helping me check out, after I asked them for help!!! Not everyone is experienced with self check out and now since that is all the store has, "we" the costumers may need some assistance! I was purchasing any difficult items that needed to be weighed and was having trouble with the machine, I also needed to load a gift card separately and needed a gift recite (witch never happened) I asked for help several times and one lady rolled her eyes at me while the other employee just stood there looking me right in my face and not moving. it was unreal. I usually have great experiences in this store but today was very unpleasant. I have already tried to call and speak with the store manager about these two employees but of course no answer at all.

Maybe you will see this review in the sea of reviews, maybe not. Professionalism at this store is lousy at best, absurd at worst. Everyone, and I mean everyone is miserable at this store to the point the person stationed at the door can't even muster up a hello or have a good night. But I digress, my review is about the walmart+ subscription. I feel the need to warn anyone using or planning on trying the walmart+ subscription for here or possibly anywhere. I will be as brief and thorough as I can. I ordered my items around 12pm on 7/7/22 for it to be delivered 7/7/22 between 5-6pm (as it was quite a few items, though the minimum order is $35, so your incentivized to order all you need). I waited until today (7/8/22) and got notified it was delayed at 6am, because some items were unavailable. I chose to have 1 item shipped and I could not do anything with the other online. I then waited and it was still delayed, so I called the help line provided in the text msgs (7/8/22 around 4pm) and was told that a driver hasn't even been assigned and that I could either wait until 8pm and hope one was assigned or just cancel it. I asked who to speak to about this and they told me the store, provided me the phone number, and I canceled the order. I called the store twice and was greeted with a busy signal when attempting to speak to a rep. TLDR: They waited until next morning to notify me of a delay and I fixed the issue on my order, only to wait 10 more hours to be told a driver wasn't even assigned and I could wait longer and hope or cancel. Store doesn't pick up their phone. Have to just go get my groceries. I add that I did this just to see how it all worked and if it even worked (It does not) I just shop for my groceries in person. But not everyone has that ability and this review is for them. AVOID WALMART+.

This location has gotten totally ridiculous lately. Went in there last week and half of the meat cases were totally empty. Thought maybe the boxes weren't working, but they were all cold. All of the cold stuff was less than half stocked as well. The only register open with an employee running it was #7 and the line was very long. I have to go through the line where an employee is working b/c the card I use will not work in the self checkout lanes otherwise I would use them. There always seems to be plenty of employees there, but they are always standing around looking at people and talking amongst themselves. The only reason I continue to shop this location (Old forest Rd.) Is due to the convenience of transportation.

I had a migraine for 2 days, tried to place an order for pickup/delivery and before I could finish my orders, everything was gone. Normally I have no problem with this store. However to feel at your worst and have to drive there only to not get anything you originally needed....that's frustrating. Moving forward I just hope they will prepare better for the predicted weather.

They do not due to a liability of shayyerimg the face. You can go to Easter Island on Wards road and they do for $3.00.

No redesign in Pharmacy upgrades to there dept, and reroute air trackers to outside& inside is going to a new configuration not permanent but a long blank time ! Alice Wal mart on Old Forest rd Does have a drive up I been using it for 3 years just down during to reconstruction

Yes, I personally purchased one. The price will range by size. Small document size fireproof and waterproof is roughly 30-40 dollars. Medium size is a little more ranging around 70 dollars. They also offer locking file cabinets. I believe 2-3 drawers cost varies.

Typically they do. Walmart is pretty forgiving on refunds and returns except where precluded by state law.
