Appointments are required for all visits. Make sure you bring all documents they ask for, that way you avoid to go back. They still take a little too long, but is not over crowded. Good luck!
No you have to make an appointment. Go to Dmv.gov. plenty available slots but be prepared to wait. Hope it helps
