Hi It is not crowded here but workers are very rude and not helpful seems like they don’t care counter were empty but people were waiting, so sad what waste of time ,hope the improve no one was working as they should. I had to wait one number only and that took 30 minutes very unprofessional

Best to secure an appt via the dmv website( Google for it). There’s a security agent out front that will check your name against appts before letting you in. This place is not crowded. Agents can be haughty though, be friendly with them helps
