UPDATE: Express DMV Service faked an email as "proof" using the WRONG email address, asking me to delete his review. I just confirmed with my insurance company that it is the WRONG email address and that they never received anything on that day at that time. I called them back, but they wanted to dismiss the issue now that it's taken care of (by myself). Absolutely absurd and unbelievable. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Absolutely no professionalism or respect towards customers. Unbelievably rude and irresponsible. Also does not keep records of submitting any documentation to insurance company. (So I had to call back and settle things with the insurance myself.) Has shady connections to driving schools (esp. Daesung [Big Star] Driving School) and cannot even relay the correct information to both parties. This Express DMV Service place was supposed to submit some information to our insurance company, but they did not. So, I called Lee at Big Star Driving School (who introduced this place to us) to check with the Express DMV Service place to confirm first, yet they started playing the ping pong blame game. Express DMV Service's attitude was that 'they are not responsible for anything (receipt, proof of submission, etc.) because I was introduced through the Big Star Driving School; The driving school's attitude was 'check with Express DMV Service.' Neither side is responsible, competent, or respectful. Extremely shady.

I am getting a vehicle that I just bought registered here. They charge a fee for themselves 70$ and they also do the math for the tax all included. They do all the paper work just provide all those papers with insurance and license.
Sorry, you have to go to dmv for your driver's license, take a picture and verify your identity.
