I get some NYers might say the one in Jamaica Queens might be the best, I've been told not to try and go there though that I'll be displeased with the service there because they treat certain customers better then others. Also, I heard the one in Staten Island on or off of South Avenue is EXTREMELY far from most people who live in or on Staten Island, maybe this location would be easier for certain north but mostly Eastside staten island residents (depending on distance from ferry)

You ve got to call the postmaster generals office when something like that happens .They file a report for you. Let them know what happened and they will send there an inspector.
