We did the tour and it was very impressive. No crawling just walking through the cave. Very nice!
The caves? I did the waterfall combo, and was underground moving for nearly five hours... and didn't see even half of what's offered. That said, some passages are physically tiny (requiring crawling and squeezing), while some rooms were so large I couldn't see the other side with my flashlight. There are tours that are less demanding, but you won't get nearly as deep.
