Hi Talha Zubayer. It takes about 5 to 10 business days. That's the reason you were told at the DMV that you'd receive it in the mail in 2 weeks. Most of the time, I receive my DMV mailings within 7 business days. So, don't worry! But if you don't receive it in due time, then I suggest you not to drive until you it arrives in the mail.
