Yes but it gets very crowded, especially after lunch hours. I personally recommend bringing your own small snacks and sandwiches if able. The foods and drinks get very pricey and it is a lot of greasy food if you are watching your health.
The faire can be super crowded near the food vendors, so it can be hard to get a table for a whole family. There are areas where you could spread out a blanket in the grass, though. Be forewarned, the prices are extremely high for small portions.
