Why were the picnic tables removed? And who do I contact about trash being left at what fishing spots are still there?

Regarding the trash, we picked up a lot while we were there.. I would be surprised if anything official can/will be done about it.

It's not ran by the same agency that used to run it I don't know if anybody has any thing to do with it anymore
