They supposedly do replace batteries, but you have to make an appointment. They only make appointments two weeks out and they are constantly full. I think it’s just a farce, , that they really don’t want to replace the batteries. I have been checking their on line scheduling every day for 2 weeks and there is never an opening
I am not totally curtin but I don't believe so. They are more into the computer side of Apple products.
