To purchase merchandise, to drop off items for service, or to pickup, we do not require appointments. We are a retail store and those services can take place during normal business hours. For setup of new computers, it is not a while you wait type of service, and do ask you come back after it is ready, which is usually a few hours that day, or the next in most cases. For iPhone service or setup, we do require appointments since that type of service is more hands on, one on one, and involves the guest more then any other service. We usually state the expectations and time frame ahead of time for those. For example, iPhone battery replacement usually takes 30-45mins and you may wait in our store for that, or come back. As for sitting down, we do provide chairs for our employees to sit down while they work.
