Overpriced and you can't really trust their timelines. To me, the only reason to go there is if you can't make it to any of the other Apple stores in the DMV area.

I had multiple problems syncing my Apple devices. David Frey spent an hour of his time talking to me and walking through all the information that I needed to fix my devices. I have nothing but good praise for the efforts of everyone here in …

I came to the store the other day in need of assistance with my Mac. There were 3 employees and 2 were already assisting customers but greeted me anyway. The 3rd was sitting behind the back counter with Airpods in and staring at what looked …

Very nice people there...and they do repairs on Macs, very reasonable and fast.
Unfortunately we do not do much with them, however, for that issue you would need to try and change your password on a computer because the application you are using is no longer safe. So features like changing passwords are not do able.
they're not active like a best buy but I found them to be very helpful. thumbs up.
We require appointments for all iPhone repairs or setup as it does take some time. We did explain that even simple setup can take a while, from 45 mins to several hours. Asking us to assist without an appointment 5 minutes before we closed is a bit of an ask when we all have families and dinner to get home to. We are hard working individuals, not robots and do deserve some respect. We asked that you could setup an appointment so we could fully assist you. We do not turn away people because they are sons or daughters of someone, or that they bought something with their own money, or someone else's. Your daughter was right that we would help her, but we knew it could not be completed during our normal business hours, and so asked her to make an appointment. We encourage anyone that needs help to seek it out, and to not be afraid. Should you want to discuss this, or anything else further, please call us.
They supposedly do replace batteries, but you have to make an appointment. They only make appointments two weeks out and they are constantly full. I think it’s just a farce, , that they really don’t want to replace the batteries. I have been checking their on line scheduling every day for 2 weeks and there is never an opening
I don't know, but you could call anyway and see if someone does answer and you do get help.
