Yes but watch the locals.. They do not keep theirs on one.. Lots of ppl were letting their dogs roam..
Keep them close bears & coyotes always around!
Agree with Opal. Many people allow their (mostly well-mannered with reliable recall) dogs to go off leash in isolated areas, and there are a lot of isolated areas to choose from.
Yes it is I watched many people with pets. Even was allowed to play with couple of them
