This place is gorgeous. The trails are well marked, there are bathrooms and picnic tables at strategic locations along the way, and the whole area feels like a huge consolation from the hustle and bustle of outside life. I highly recommend coming here!

You are not permitted to camp within sight of any trail. The rule is you must not be able to see your camp from the trail. Also you need a permit to camp outside of campground and permits are only given to self contained campers. Tent camping would probably not be approved. Tent camping is permitted no permit required in a National Forest. Allegheny National Forest has beautiful camping spots, first come first served. We love camping, have a wonderful time
Go to DCNR. They have a ton of information. Check out the STS
It used to be your ATV needed registered and insured with the state
They are open now
Dcnr has maps of trails
Yes to both. https://www.dcnr.pa.gov/StateForests/FindAForest/Susquehannock/Pages/HorsebackRiding.aspx I highly recommend checking out Cherry Springs state park of there is a clear night with no moon.
