Unless you are there on a package or promotion these activities are not free. If you are there for the sales promotion, they may provide a free coupon for the day or on specific activities.

Only the pools and rec center are 100% free, all the other activities will cost you a very small minimal fee...

The activities you'll have to pay, but very inexpensive. Only thing that's free is if you use the resort's rec center.
